HEALING HOUSE ENERGY SPA REIKI CLASS POLICY STATEMENT
Background and
Training
Coriene Ploetz and Jesse Mendoza have been practicing Reiki since November 2019 and have attained Master/Teacher level in 2020. They are both current registered Professional Members of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.
Who can Benefit
Reiki can assist in relaxation, general wellness and in relief of chronic issues as well as emotional support. In our practice, we have witnessed pain relief to headaches, chronic diseases and old injuries as well as positive emotional changes in clients. Each client experience varies.
In the classes, you will learn to use Reiki in your own life and to benefit others.
Client/Practitioner
Expectations
There is a week of preparation before the class and attunement during which, both practitioner and teacher will try to avoid red meat, foods injected with hormones, GMO foods, negative media (news, movies, etc. with any violence or hatred), cut out alcohol and other mind altering substances, reduce or cut out caffeine, and try to meditate for a few minutes each day.
The class will typically last 6.5 hours with a break for lunch. During this class, you will learn or review the history of Reiki, have a chance to use Reiki in different ways, be given the symbols and be attuned to Reiki or the next Reiki symbols you receive. Be prepared to interact and participate a lot during these classes. They may be one on one or a full class, but each student will receive individual attention from the teacher.
